The single Haunted House is the first collaboration of jazz singer and songwriter Sara Bax and keyplayer/producer Hugo Filius. Dreamy keys on an RnB beat give room for the distinct voice to interpret the song.

An extra personal touch is given to the words by ‘secret’ references to people Sara experienced feelings with the song is about. Contemplative lyrics tell us about the feeling of an intuitive bond between you and another person. They touch upon the fear of breaking that tension by speaking up about it, and the curiosity and anxiety of what would happen when you step out of that and reach out to the person.
